Dear Belfast Families, Although we still have over two months of school left this year, our planning is well underway for the 2025-2026 school year. This week, all schools received budgets for next year; with this budget, we determine number of staff (teachers and support staff), and that determines class sizes and teaching assignments. We encourage our families to come to our School Council meeting April 29 as we will share plans for the next school year at that time. We will also update families with class configurations, staffing updates, and other key information through the weekly updates over the next few months…stay tuned!

If you do not see your child on Instagram, it may be because they do not have clearance. Please call the office if you have any questions about clearance. Reminder: School Council Executive Positions for Next Year As you all know, we have an absolutely amazing School Council and Parent Fundraising Society at Belfast School; however, many of the executive members are about to complete their second year, which is the maximum consecutive amount of years they are allowed to be in that role. We will be looking for people to take over key positions like Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer for the 2025-2026 school year. Our current executive is very competent and organized and will ensure the new people coming in are set up for success. Our next Council meeting will be April 29 at 6:30 (online) if you would like to see what the roles look like in action.
