We encourage all our families to follow our school’s Instagram account (@BelfastSchoolcbe) and visit our school website to see pictures from the week.  If you do not see your child on Instagram, it may be because they do not have clearance.  Please call the office if you have any questions about clearance.  

Giving Tree Thank You 

Thank you to everyone who donated to our Giving Tree.  We were able to help 14 families as a result of your generosity!   

Dental Bus Dates 

Students that returned the Dental Bus forms will be seen for their check up in the mobile dental office on either January 15 or 21. 

Planning for Grade 7 

It is the time of year when Grade 6 students and their families begin to plan for Grade 7. For students at Belfast, this means choosing between their regular program school or an alternative program school. Attending open houses may help students make this decision. Parents are encouraged to read the email that was sent on December 18 in order to become familiar with the process and deadlines. 

Reminder: Kindergarten Registration and Open House – Save the Dates!  

If you have a child coming into kindergarten next year, or know somebody who does, we would love to have them at Belfast!  Kindergarten registration opens on Monday, January 13, and we will have our Open House on Thursday, January 16, from 6:30-7:30 PM. Please pass on this information to any parents you know who have children coming into kindergarten!  For more information about kindergarten in the CBE, please visit the CBE Corporate website.
